Bomb Threat at BMR

Sensational story in today's local newspaper. Seems there was a note on the door at BMR threatening a bomb in the building. Interesting to note that it was found by a member of the support staff, not the principal as stated in the paper. Also, the interim super is incorrect in his statement that there was no children in the building. We know 7:00 is early for him, but most clubs and organizations hold early morning meetings that were in full swing when the decision was made to evacuate the building. Best fact check there Doc, before you tell tall-tales to the newspaper.

It seems to me that is always the case in this town. Every time something happens, we, as taxpayers seem to get the run around! The school department wants an increase, the police/fire want an increase? Guess what folks, INCREASE IN TAXES, which is what is going to happen very soon!!! Count on it. I say, lets hold the line and seek to conduct an over haul of wasteful departments throughout this town.Every department head, should be required to submit an accurate spending log each week, with an explaination, as to where the money is being spent.Let's not wait until the town suddenly is in the red.
