Kramer calls it quits. Ryan follows suit from BOH

Lot's of local openings this year. Kramer has done the right thing and resigned from his two positions, making them eligible for the ballot in April. This adds a 1 year un-expired term to the BOS, and a 2 year un-expired term to the BMRDSC.
The jury is still out on the Almquist resignation, regarding whether or not it will be filled via election or by joint appointment of the BMRDSC and the Blackstone BOS.
Kevin Ryan, has faxed his resignation from the BOH to the Town Clerk, so that puts his seat up for grabs in the April Election as well.
